In the afternoon of March 28th, 2016, Professor Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President of the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU), met with Prof. Zheng Shunren, Vice President of Taiwan Cheng Shiu University of Science and Technology in North Pavilion and his escort.
