From March 14th to 16th,2016, Professor Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President of the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU), was invited to Moscow to attend the International Symposium on Strategic Cooperation between Russia and Northeast Asian Countries-International and Regional Vision, co-hosted by Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Foundation of Russian Foreign Ministry and the Institute of Far Eastern Studies of Russian Academy of Sciences, and delivered a keynote speech on the positions of China and Russia on Northeast Asian Security-Collaboration with Reserves. The agenda includes Global Security Challenges and the Reflections in Northeast Asia, the Compelling Problems in Regional Economic and Trade Cooperation and Problems in Developing Regional Infrastructures.
