At the invitation of the Shanghai Institutes for International Studies, Associate Prof. Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President of Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU), attended the 1st International Academic Workshop on “Eurasian Cooperation in the Context of Space-time Changes” and delivered a keynote speech entitled "Eurasian Cooperation based on Win-Win and Inclusive Principles under the Great Changes” in Shanghai on December 6, 2020.

The Academic Workshop had more than 20 participants, including the representatives from relevant local governments and institutions of academic research in China, as well as experts and scholars from Russia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. This event was held both online and offline at the same time. Overseas representatives and some representatives from outside Shanghai participated in the event by means of video conference.
