On December 19th, 2020, the Center for Asia-Pacific Development Studies (CAPDS) of Nanjing University held an Academic Workshop on “International Situation and Domestic Affairs and Diplomacy of Great Powers during COVID-19 Pandemic” at Xianlin Campus. Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President of Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU), was invited to attend the meeting and delivered a speech entitled “Russia’s Internal and External Policy Evolution and the Direction of China-Russia Relations".
