In the morning of March 23rd, 2016, Kevin Rudd, Former Prime Minister of Australia and President of Asia Society Policy Institute in USA, paid a visit to the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU), and delivered a keynote speech. The speech mainly covers the American Election, Sino-US Relations, South China Sea issue and North Korean nuclear issue. After the speech, Kevin Rudd had exchanges with the scholar participants. This lecture was chaired by Prof. Wang Jisi, President of the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU). Vice President Yuan Ming and Executive Vice President Guan Guihai also attended the lecture. Prof. Jia Qingguo, Dean of the School of International Studies (SIS), Peking University (PKU), Prof. John Holden, Vice President of Yenching Academy, and more than 20 scholars from universities and Think Tanks in Beijing also attended the lecture.
