From November 28th to 30th of 2016, Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President of the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU), attended the Primakov Readings and International Studies Think Tank Summit Conference co-held by the Institute of Primakov World Economy and International Relations of Russian Academy of Sciences, Russian Science Foundation (PHΦ) and Think Tank of University of Pennsylvania & Civil Society Project (TTSCP) in Moscow on invitation. Over 60 members of the think tanks from 22 countries attended the conference. Many Russian state leaders, including Putin, President of Russian Federation and Matvienko, President of Federal Council and Honorary Professor of PKU, attended the conference and delivered their speeches.
