From Oct. 20th to 22nd, 2017, the annual meeting of the International Crisis Group (ICG) council was held in New York, the United States. As one of the council members, Wang Jisi, President of the Institute of International and Strategic Studies, Peking University (IISS, PKU), attended the meeting and delivered a speech on topics including North Korea problems.
