On the morning of March 5, 2019, a research group of Taiyuan Forum paid a visit to the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU) for researches and exchange of views. Prof. Wang Jisi, President of IISS, Associate Prof. Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President of IISS, and other attendees met with the guests at the North Pavilion. Both sides had an in-depth discussion on international situation and the competition among energy-rich nations, the transition of economic development model in Shanxi Province, the building of think tank institutions in universities, intercollegiate exchange and talent training, cooperation on relevant projects and other topics.
