On the afternoon of February 28, 2019, Mr. Giles Montagnon, Political Counselor of Britain Embassy in China, Mr. Alastair Cole, Second Secretary of Political Section of Britain Embassy in China, and their escorts paid a visit to the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU). Mr. Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President of IISS, met with the guests at the North Pavilion. The two sides had an exchange on Sino-Russia relations, global governance, British policies vis-à-vis Russia, the prospect of Brexit and other topics.
