On July 2, 2020, the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU) and Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, Harvard University co-organized a video symposium on the topic “Coping with the Sino-U.S. Confrontation after COVID-19 Pandemic”. Fifteen experts and scholars from China and the United States had a deep exchange of views on issues related to the current Sino-U.S. relations. The symposium was co-hosted by Prof. Wang Jisi, President of IISS, PKU, Prof. Fu Gaoyi (Ezra Vogel), former director of Fairbank Center for Chinese Studies, Harvard University, and Prof. Graham Allison, former dean of the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
