On November 6-7, 2020, Associate Prof. Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President of the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU), attended upon invitation the opening ceremony of the Eurasian Research Center at Sichuan University and the "World-Eurasia-China" academic seminar held by the School of International Studies, Sichuan University, and delivered a speech entitled “Challenges to Multilateralism from the Pandemic of COVID-19 and U.S. Factors”.
