On September 7, 2020, Prof. Yuan Ming, Vice President of the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS) and President of the Yenching Academy, Peking University (PKU), attended the conference on "COVID-19 Pandemic and Public Diplomacy" co-sponsored by the China Public Diplomacy Association and the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and delivered a speech titled "Cultivating a youth community with shareddestiny".
