On November 12th, 2021, Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President, Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU), was invited by the Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS) to attend the 2nd Academic Seminar on “Europe-Asia Cooperation under the Changing Time and Space.” He made an online keynote speech in Russian on the analysis of strategic interaction between China, the United States and Russia in Eurasia.
