On October 25th, 2021, upon invitation of Shanghai Academy of Global Governance & Area Studies Shanghai International Studies University, (SISU) and Institute of Chinese Borderland Studies, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, (CASS), Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President, Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU), Director of the Russian Research Center, PKU, attended the academic seminar on “Russia and the World in the Next Decade”. At the meeting, he made a speech on “Assessment of Russia's Third Pole Concept”.
