On October 16th, 2021, the second symposium on "Russia under Pluralistic Perspectives" was successfully held online. The event was hosted by the Center for Russian and Central Asian Studies at Fudan University. Associate Professor Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President of the Institute of International Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU), was invited to participate in this symposium. Guan Guihai presided over the session on Sino-Russian relations and gave a speech on "New Changes and Implications of Russian Sinology Research".
