On June 14, 2022, at the invitation of the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) and RIA Novosti, Associate Prof. Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President of the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU) and Director of the Russian Research Center of PKU, attended the Roundtable on the "China and Russia: Dialog in the Face of External Challenges" (online). He gave a keynote speech on "Opportunities and Challenges of China-Russia Strategic Cooperation in Eurasia", and answered questions from the on-site media and online audience.

The roundtable was also a press conference to release the annual report on China-Russia relations by the RIAC and Fudan University.
