Qi Haotian is a Senior Research Fellow of the Institute of International and Strategic Studies(IISS), Peking University(PKU), assistant professor at Peking University's School of International Studies.  He teaches courses on international security, military science and game theory. His research interests cut across three areas, including technological transitions and world politics, international security and conflict management, and methodologies of social sciences.
