On March 6, 2023, the editorial department of China International Strategy Review (CISR) convened a meeting to select topics for the second half of 2023. The meeting was presided over by Prof. Yu Tiejun, Executive Editor of CISR and attended by more than ten experts and scholars from Peking University, Party School of the Central Committee of CPC, and Springer Nature. 

Prof. Yu Tiejun first briefed on the publication condition of CISR's last issue. Then Dr. Han Jia, Journal Publishing Manager of Springer Nature, Greater China, evaluated the CISR's performance in the past four years. The present experts exchanged views with Dr. Han Jia on issues of their concern and proposed specific directions and suggestions for the contribution solicitation for the second half of 2023 based on their respective research fields and focal topics.
