On May 5, 2016, the Institute of International & Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU) held a symposium. Dai Bingguo, former State Councilor and Honorary President of IISS, attended the symposium and delivered a speech. The symposium was chaired by Wang Jisi, President of IISS. Its main agenda included IISS's work reporting of the first half of the year, exchanges on Dai Bingguo's new book Strategic Dialogues and discussions on current international situation. Prof. Zhu Shanlu, Secretary of the Party Committee of PKU, Prof Wang Bo, Assistant President of PKU, and others attended and spoke at the symposium. The participants had in-depth communications on themes of the symposium.
