On the morning of September 27, 2021, China International Strategy Review (CISR) convened a topic selection meeting for the first half of 2022 at North Pavilion. Over 10 experts and scholars from Peking University and Party School of the Central Committee of CPC participated at the meeting hosted by Prof. Yu Tiejun, Executive Editor of CISR .

Yu Tiejun first introduced the operational conditions of CISR in the past half year: in June 2021 CISR launched issue 1 of volume 3 which was included in Scopus Database in August, and issue 2 of volume 3 is now in steady progress. Then, based on their own research fields and topics of concern, experts and scholars present at the meeting proposed specific directions and suggestions on the topic selection and contribution solicitation for H1 of 2022. Prof. Wang Jisi, Chief Editor of CISR, made a concluding speech and raised demands on the direction of the future development of publications.
