On the morning of May 19, 2026, Wang Liyong, Director General of the China Center for Contemporary World Studies of the International Department of Central Committee of CPC, with his delegation paid a visit to the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU). Yu Tiejun, President of IISS, PKU; Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President of IISS; Gui Yongtao, Vice President of IISS; and Zhao Jianwei, Postdoctoral Fellow at the School of International Studies, PKU, attended the meeting. The two sides exchanged views on issues related to think tank development.
