On the afternoon of September 10, 2025, Mr. Daniel R. Russel, Distinguished Fellow at the Asia Society Policy Institute (ASPI) and former U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs, visited the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU).
