From November 14 to 18, 2023, Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President of the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU), traveled to Tashkent, Uzbekistan on invitation to attend the trilateral dialogue meeting "China-U.S.-Russia in Central Asia". The event was co-hosted by the Monterey Institute of International Studies and the University of World Economy and Diplomacy of Uzbekistan, focusing on the current status and characteristics of think tank research in China, the U.S. and Russia against the backdrop of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the direction of the trilateral strategic relations, and their competition and cooperation on issues in the Central Asian region.
