On July 5, 2023, Mark Leonard, co-founder and director of the European Council on Foreign Relations, visited the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS) and exchanged views with Prof. Wang Jisi, the Founding President of IISS, on issues such as China-Europe relations and China-U.S. relations. Hu Ran, a doctoral student from the School of International Studies (SIS), participated in the meeting.
