Guan Guihai Present at the China-Russia Think Tank Forum (2023)

On June 27, 2023, Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President of the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU), and Director of the Russian Research Center, PKU, was invited to participate in the high-level China-Russia Think Tank Forum (2023). The forum was co-hosted by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the Russian International Affairs Council.

Qin Gang, Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister, and Sergey Lavrov, Russian Foreign Minister, delivered opening remarks for the forum via video.
