Executive Vice President Guan Guihai Attends International Academic Seminar in Russia

From May 24th to 26th, 2023, Associate Prof. Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President of the Institute of International Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU) and Director of the Russia Research Center, PKU, was invited to attend the 13th  International Academic Seminar on “History and Prospect of Sino-Russian Cooperation” held by Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University (BSPU) in Russia, and delivered a keynote speech on “Similarities and Differences of the Motives and Mindsets behind Russian and China’s Policies towards the United States”.
