From July 15th to 16th, 2016, Prof. YU Tiejun, Vice President of Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU), and his escort visited Tokyo to attend Study group meeting. The seminar was sponsored by Sasakawa Japan-China Friendship Foundation as part of “China-Japan joint project on Perception of Modern History”. After the seminar, the Sponsor organized a banquet to host the participating scholars from China and Japan. Miyamoto Yuji, the former Ambassador of Embassy of Japan in China, was present and delivered a speech in the banquet.
