From Nov. 20th to 22nd, 2016, the 9th Edition of the World Policy Conference, organized by French Institute for International Relations (IFRI), was staged in Doha, the capital of Qatar. Wang Jisi, President of the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU), attended the conference and delivered a keynote speech on two topics, namely anti-terrorism and the United States after the general election.
