On the morning of August 31^st, 2016, Dr. Erlan Karin, President of Kazakhstan Institute of Strategic Studies (KazISS) and his escort paid a visit to the Institute of International Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU). Prof. WANG Jisi, and Prof. GUAN Guihai, President and Vice President of IISS, PKU met with the guests in the North Pavilion. The two parties held talks on topics including “One Belt and One Road”, Central Asian Affairs, Sino-US relations as well as other topics of common concern.
