At the invitation of Nabil Fahmy, President of School of Global Affairs and Public Policy, American University in Cairo and Former Foreign Minister of Egypt, Wang Jisi, President of the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU) paid a visit to Cairo from March 27 to 30, 2017, and attended the Annual Meeting of the International Advisory Committee of the School, which is presided over by Fahmy. At the meeting, Wang Jisi delivered a public speech entitled “China in the International Order” in American University in Cairo. During the visit, Wang Jisi also paid an official visit to Military Attaché Yu Haibo and Assistant Military Attaché Fu Xiao in Chinese Embassy in Egypt.
