On March 20, 2017, Wang Jisi, President of the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU), met with Matt Pottinger, Senior Director on Asia-Pacific Affairs of United States National Security Council, Laura Stone, Deputy to the Acting Assistant Secretary of State who is responsible for the East Asia affairs in the State Council, William Klein, Minister-counsellor of U.S. Embassy in China and other officials in the Lakeview Hotel. They exchanged views on Sino-U.S. bilateral relations.
