On the morning of December 14, 2017, Wang Jisi, President of Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU) delivered a keynote speech on “Chinese Diplomacy after the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China” at the Annual Meeting of American diplomats held by the U.S. Embassy in China. Prior to speech, Terry Brandstad, American Ambassador to China exchanged views with Prof. Wang Jisi on issues of Sino-U.S. relations.
