On the morning of November 29, 2017, a delegation led by Lin Hongyu, President of College of International Relations (CIR), Huaqiao University paid a visit to Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU) to conduct think tank survey and academic exchange. Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President of IISS, PKU and Yu Tiejun, Vice President of IISS, PKU met with them in North Pavilion. The two sides conducted in-depth exchange on many issues, including talent pools construction, foreign exchange mechanism, achievements transformation and publishing mechanism of university think tanks.
