On November 28, Wang Jisi, President of the Institute of International and Strategic Studies, Peking University (IISS, PKU) had dinner with Daniel Russel, senior fellow of the Asia Society Policy Institute of the United States and former Assistant Secretary of State of the United States for Asian and Pacific Affairs of the State Department.
