On the morning of January 17, 2019, Mr. Wang Jisi, President of the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU), Special Research Fellow Lei Shaohua and Research Assistant Zhao Jianwei met with Mr. Chan Yeng Kit, Singapore’s Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defense and his his team of four members at the North Pavilion. Both sides exchanged views on Sino-Singapore relations, Sino-U.S. relations and other topics.
