On November 30th, 2018, Lisbet Quesada Luna, Deputy Chief of Mission of the Cuban Embassy in China, and her escort paid a visit to the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU). Associate Prof. Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President of the Institute, met the guests at the North Pavilion. The two sides exchanged views on issues such as China-U.S. relations, China-Russia relations, security in the Asia-Pacific region, and the "Belt and Road" Initiative.
