On the morning of July 10th, 2019, Patrick Theros, former American Ambassador to Qatar and strategic advisor at Gulf International Forum (GIF), paid a visit to the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), and discussed with Wang Jisi, President of IISS and Wu Bingbing, Associate Professor of the School of Foreign Languages, Peking University (PKU) on such issues as the development of and cooperation between think tanks, as well as international relations in the Gulf region.
