On the afternoon of Nov. 22, 2019, Deputy Director-General Zheng Liqiao, Director Li Zhongzhou, and other two officers of the Policy Planning Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs paid a visit to the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU). They exchanged views with Prof. Wang Jisi, President of IISS, and Hu Ran, Assistant Research Fellow at IISS, on topics such as implementing the spirit of the 4th Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and strengthening the development of the big power diplomacy theory with Chinese characteristics.
