On Nov. 19, 2019, a delegation consisting of Prof. Zhang Jingquan, Vice President of the School of Northeast Asian Studies and Executive Vice President of the Institute of International Studies, Shandong University, and other five people visited the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU). The delegation had profound exchanges with Associate Prof. Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President of IISS, Sun Yilin, Deputy Secretary-General of IISS, and Editor Cui Zhinan on issues related to the construction of university think tanks.
