From September 2nd to September 4th, 2019, Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President, the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU), attended a series of meetings entitled “Studying Sino-Russian Relations During the Last Seventy Years Since the Founding of the P. R. China from Perspectives of History and Reality” in Vladivostok, Russia at the invitation of the Russian Historical Society and made a keynote speech on the issue of how to understand the equality issue in the history of Sino-Russian Relations.
