On October 19-21, 2020, Associate Prof. Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President of the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU) and Vice President of the Chinese Society for the History of China-Russia Relations, attended upon invitation a symposium on "China's Russian-Soviet Studies: Review and Prospects" and delivered a keynote speech on reflection on the evaluation of Russian and Soviet historical figures. The symposium was jointly held by the Center for Russian and Central Asian Studies at Fudan University and the Chinese Society for the History of China-Russia Relations in Shanghai.
