At the invitation of the School of International Relations, Huaqiao University, from June 11 to 13, 2021, Associate Professor Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President, Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU), and Director, Center for Modern Russian Studies, PKU, attended the “Seminar on Xi Jinping's Thought on Diplomacy and Overseas United Front Work” and delivered a speech entitled “Russia's Policy Towards Compatriots Abroad: Experience and Lessons”.
