On November 12th, upon invitation by Russia International Affairs Council (RIAC), Associate Professor Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President, Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU), attended the Round Table on “Afghanistan Ruled by Taliban: Domestic, Regional and Global Influence”. He made an online keynote speech in English on “Analysis of the Responses by All Parties in Eurasia after the Withdrawal of U.S. Troops from Afghanistan”.
