From December 3 to 5, 2023, Associate Professor Guan Guihai, Executive Vice President of the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU) and Director of the Russian Research Center, PKU, participated in the first Hainan International Forum on Higher Education Innovation and Development at the invitation of the China Association of Higher Education and University of Sanya. He delivered a keynote speech on the opportunities and challenges of international cooperation in higher education.
