On November 24, 2023, Neil Thomas, a researcher from the Center for China Analysis of the U.S. Asia Society Policy Institute (ASPI), visited the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU). He exchanged his views on recent China-U.S. relations, U.S. policy towards China, and the U.S. presidential election with Prof. Yu Tiejun, President of the IISS, PKU, as well as Lei Shaohua, Senior Research Fellow of the IISS and Associate Professor at the School of International Studies (SIS), PKU, and Qi Haotian, Assistant Professor at SIS. Ma Li'ao, a Research Assistant at the IISS, PKU, also participated in the meeting.
