On December 30th, 2014, Professor Wang Jisi, the President of the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS) and Professor of the School of International Studies (SIS), Peking University (PKU) accepted the letter of appointment awarded by Wang Yi, Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, thus continuing to serve as a Member of the Foreign Policy Advisory Committee (FPAC), a role he has been playing since October of 2008.
