Huang Dizhong serves as Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of China-United States Exchange Foundation (CUSEF) in Beijing. From 2006 to 2023, he worked in Hong Kong as Special Assistant to Mr. Tung Chee-hwa, where he assisted in the establishment of CUSEF in HK and Beijing. He previously served as a career diplomat, holding positions in the Departments of Soviet and Eastern European Affairs and North American and Oceanian Affairs, and in Chinese embassies and consulates in Tanzania, the United States, and Australia. Mr. Huang was educated at Xiamen University in China and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University in the United States.
