Wang Yizhou is a Peking University Boya Distinguished Professor, Vice President of the China National Association for International Studies. He was employed at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) from 1988 to 2009. He served as a deputy director at the Contemporary Research Center, Academy of Marxism of CASS and held various positions at the International Politics Theory Office, Institute of World Economics and Politics (IWEP) within CASS. Additionally, he was also an editor-in-chief for World Economics and Politics journal. He also held part-time positions in the Department of World Economics and Politics at the Graduate School of the CASS. He currently serves as a visiting professor and researcher at more than ten universities in China and an editorial board member for over ten academic journals both domestically and internationally.
