Yan Xuetong is Distinguished Professor of Tsinghua University. He is serving as the Dean of The Institute of International Relations at Tsinghua  University, and the Secretary General of World Peace Forum. In 2008,  he was named as one of world’s Top 100 public intellectuals by the  American journal Foreign Policy. He has been the only political scientist  listed in Most Cited Chinese Researchers by Elsevier from 2014 to 2018.  Yan Xuetong received his PhD of political science from University of  California, Berkeley in 1992. He has published more than a hundred of  papers and articles on international relations.
