Issue 9 of China International Strategy Review Released Online

Vol.5 No.1 (totally 9 issues) of China International Strategy Review (CISR), an English journal of the Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS), Peking University (PKU), published by Springer Nature, has now been released online. This issue of CISR focuses on China’s diplomacy after the 20th National Congress, mainland China’s Taiwan policy, ASEAN and France’s reaction to China-U.S. competition. In addition to the 6 thematic articles, this issue of CISR has also published 2 articles respectively discussing on the impact of Russia-Ukraine conflict on Middle East geopolitics and China-Latin America economic and trade relations. Besides, this issue of CISR has published 4 new-book introductions as well. The paper version of CISR will be printed and distributed later.

It is informed recently that among the 2022 (quoted score) indicators released by Elsevier, Citescore index of CISR is 1.6, increased by 0.5 compared to 2021.CISR ranks 239th among 652 journals of Political Science and IR, which is in the top 37%; ranks 206th among 502 journals of Sociology, in the top of 41%. The annual ranking continues to rise compared with 2021.
